How to use Electric Toothbrush?
Step 1: Install the brush head correctly. The direction of the bristles should be consistent with the direction of the switch button. Ensure that the brush head is tightly set into the toothbrush shaft during installation to avoid loosening of the handle of the brush head during use.

Step 2: Before brushing, soak the brush head with warm water to adjust the softness of the bristles, and then squeeze appropriate amount of toothpaste into the electric toothbrush
Step 3: At present, many electric toothbrushes have a variety of cleaning modes. After selecting the right mode, put the brush head into the mouth before starting the toothbrush to avoid splashing toothpaste. It is recommended to start from the soft one for the first time.

Step 4: Brush first put the toothbrush in your mouth, then turn on the switch! Most electric toothbrushes have a two-minute timer and a 30-second prompt, which we'll come back to in a moment. First, we divide the teeth into four areas and brush the A area first.
To brush your teeth, place the toothbrush on the outer surface of area A at an Angle of 45 degrees to the gingival groove. Open the toothbrush and move it slowly, keeping the bristles on each tooth for 2-3 seconds. After brushing the outer surface of area A, brush the bite surface, and the bristles move slowly against the bite surface. Finally, on the inside of the teeth in area A, slowly move the toothbrush towards the gingival groove. Brush for about 10 seconds on each side and 30 seconds on three sides. After 30 seconds, the toothbrush will pause for 1 second, or otherwise remind you to change the area, and you will brush the teeth in the BCD area in the same way, which adds up to 2 minutes.
Step 5: Clean the toothbrush after brushing your teeth, turn off the electric toothbrush, take the toothbrush out of your mouth, rinse the toothbrush head with water, wipe it with a dry cloth, and place it vertically in a dry environment.
