Step 1.Confirm Needs
We pay attention to the needs of customers and change the final design of products based on the actual situation. Therefore, we need to confirm the requirements according to the specifications, sizes, and special functions provided by the customer.
Step 2.Provide Quotation
After confirming customer requirements, we will organize a product meeting. If meet our production standards, we will provide our quotation soon.
Step 3.Produce Samples,Test Samples
After 10-15 days of sample production,we will test the samples.Test indicators include performance, durability and waterproof resistance.After the sample passes a series of tests, we will send the qualified sample to the customer.
Step 4.Start Mass Production
After the customer receives the sample and confirms that there is no need for adjustment. Then we will purchase materials for production about 5-10days,and then start mass production.
Step 5.Quality Check And Packing
Final product packaging according to customer requirements and actual delivery conditions.Before delivery, we will arrange professionals to randomly check the products to ensure product quality.We will follow the whole shipping process until the customer receives the products.
